Kim moved to Lakewood, Colorado when she was in High School from Southern California and went on to attend Ft. Lewis College in Durango. After graduating from FLC, she met her husband of 12 years, Eric, while working at a golf course. He was her first golf instructor (and still continues to be his most difficult case study!). They traveled down to Orlando where Kim interned with Walt DisneyWorld and Eric played professional golf. In 1998 they moved to Hinsdale, IL where Kim worked for Ty, Inc. during the Beanie Baby craze and acquired invaluable training in the art of mass marketing and public relations. In 2000, Eric & Kim moved back to Colorado and Kim was fortunate to be hired by Slifer Smith & Frampton as the Asst. to the V.P. Over the years, she has stayed with SSF in differnt roles such as their Public Relations Director and for four years she was assistant to one of the country’s Top Realtors, Kathy Iverson. Now, representing SSF as one of their experts in the down valley market, Kim enjoys sharing with buyers and sellers her vast real estate and marketing knowledge. Eric & Kim reside in Eagle Ranch and feel fortunate to have both children, Garrett & Kaya attend Brush Creek Elementary School. Eric is Director of Golf at Adam’s Mountain Country Club and the whole family enjoys keeping active with golf, hockey, figure skating, skiing,biking and going to the myriad of great events hosted throughout the Valley.
